Add Comment _ April Parker’s Mujer1 classes were a big hit in Atlanta. The milonga that followed the workshop found the teacher and wanted to know if there would be another class. Now, there will be. The workshop will take place Sunday, March 11 and is limited to 12. You have to make a reservation in advance to take the class and you can do so here. The cost is $20 and the workshop takes place from 2 to 4 p.m. Location will be given after registration (which has already begun). _ Alicia Pons is returning to Chicago from March 8 to 15, 2012 for a week of intensive tango workshops on March 10 and 11. There is an early bird discount but it ends in a couple of days (February 5). These classes are for intermediate and advanced dancers and space is limited. They will also try to balance gender. Folks in Sarasota can now take advantage o a milonga at the New College of Florida in Sarasota. It is head in the music room of the Charles Ringling Mansion on campus. The release says the room is beautiful. The milonga takes place November 18, 2011 from 7 to 10 p.m. There is a suggested donation of $10 which goes to the student activities fund at the college.
